Tonga

New Potatoe-

Was our only stop in Tonga.  We were sorry not to see more of this country, as we hear it is wonderfull.  The weather stopped us from traveling further south -- west is the way to go.  This island was the most primitive we had seen, the children were so friendly.  Dad donated a solar panel to one home and they were very grateful.  A lady hosted a traditional fest on one of the motus for the cruisers where there was food served in the taro leaves, fish cooked in coconut cream - it was quite an experience.
